Orr Appraisal Service (OAS) was established by Thomas M. Orr, SRA in 1992. Since that time, OAS has grown to include five professional real estate appraisers. Together these appraisers have over 60 years of appraisal experience. OAS is located in the city of Glens Falls, New York at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. The counties serviced include: Warren, Saratoga, Washington, Hamilton, and Essex.

Orr Appraisal Service's staff consists of a professionally designated appraiser (SRA), one state certified general appraiser and three New York state certified/licensed residential appraisers. The appraisers maintain continuing education requirements for all the latest changes in government regulations as well as up to date information on market trends and interest rates.
